Greetings from Helsinki, Finland. I'm not escaping American law enforcement or smuggling copious amounts of illcit substances...unless Funky Orange Fanta with real sugar instead of Corn Syrup counts....I'll leave my real purpose here to your imaginations (possibly because I don't know what the hell I'm doing here?). Anyway, I'll try and post some various crap from the three countries I'm visiting: Sweden, Finland, and Russia. In the meantime, here's a little contest for you. Anyone who can correctly identify what this creature is will win a fantastic prize which I have not yet thought of. Email your answers to bobdroid@shameface.com

So the August recap is a little late, but we think you'll agree it was well worth the wait. Topics include sex with underage girls, sex with animals, urine in cofee, and eyebrow hair. And cows.

Survey of the Damned

I'm often accused of being a little crazy, but one person has convinced me that I'm clearly still in the "sane" category by showing me a type of insanity I never knew existed. Her name is Janessa, and as evidence of her madness I'm posting a conversation I had with her not too long ago.

Movie Review: Cheerleader Ninjas

Any movie with the word "Cheerleader" in the title is bound to have three things: bare breasts, bad acting, and a dumb excuse of a plot to put a bunch of young blonde actresses in short skirts. Cheerleader Ninjas delivers on all three points, and goes on to prove that the gratuitous use of body doubles, cheesy sound effects, blow up dolls, and fart jokes can enhance a movie.

Movie Review: Idaho Transfer

Idaho Transfer is a strangely enjoyable sci-fi film from director Peter Fonda. I say strangely enjoyable because the film is so plagued with problems that one would expecct nothing of interest to come out of it. Thoe movie somehow manages to narrowly dodge the "good idea, ruined in execution" category and really does make you think.

Movie Review: Laser Mission

Bruce Lee's son stars in this movie about....well
we're not sure. This movie is so poorly constructed that the plot
is damn near incomprehensible. If you search around a little, you'll
find as many as four or five different plots this movie supposedly
has. We're still confused about this one.

Movie Review: Rodentz

Rodentz, also known as Altered Species, has the dubious distinction of being one of the worst low-budget horror films of the last decade. There's nothing wrong with the concept of killer rats, but the movie falls flat in just about every area of execution.

Tales from the California Public School System: Part 1

In this first installment in a new series of articles on education, we take an inside look at one of California's worst charter schools: "I won't get into all the gory details of why BCAL
is such a mess, but I'll tell you that yesterday we were introduce
to our twelfth History teacher of the year. Yes, we've had 12 different
history teachers this year. Some of these were subs, but most were
"permanent" teachers who got fired or quit for various
reasons. Because BCAL is a charter school, teachers are not hired
under contract, and therefore can be fired at any time during the
              year."

Movie Review: Death Race 2000

The
year is 2000. 70s fashions are hip again, Sylvester Stallone is
in his late 20s, and Americans really hate the French. Well at least
these guys got one thing right when trying to predict the future.
Made in 1975, Death Race 2000 is the story of a futuristic cross-country
race in which racers attempt to hit as many innocent pedestrians
as possible. We've also changed our name to the "United Provinces
of America", and "Mr. President" has been in power
              since 1979.
